Does anyone have a video & a protocol that demonstrates scaling of lab batch (0.5-1Kg) to production run (5-50Kg or higher).

Generally speaking, you won’t find information on the net that most people have to pay to learn:

It is called Process Engineering and many people spend a great deal of time learning it on the job. You could read about the subject (essentially differences in heating and mixing energies from the lab to the floor), but eventually you will need to “break some eggs” (make larger runs and keep your fingers crossed) to really become proficient.
