Dimethicone-2
Cyclopentasiloxane & Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer- 5
Titanium Dioxide (and) Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate (BTD)-4
Silica-2D. Polymethylsilsesquioxane- 6
Arbutin- 0.2
Euxyl PE-0.5
Vit. E-1So my problem is that, it is thick but still ‘”flowy”. It is like a lotion. I want something like Olay and Ponds. What should I increase?
Also, there is still some undissolved BTD. How can I resolve this? Thanks.

yes Simugel I-NS 100 at 0.5-1.0% should do it.
