  Pearl???

  I have recently been trying to start up my makeup line. I’ve been formulating eyeshadows for a while now. Anyway, I’ve recently started to research highlighters and I’ve come across this thing called “Pearl” that keeps being mentioned. Ie: “gold highlighter with pink pearl”. Does anyone know what this is, and also where to get it? Thanks.

  Do you mean powdered pearl? It doesn’t give a pearlescent effect, it’s used as an anti-aging agent.

  What does the highlighter you mention say on the ingredient list, if you give more detailed information, people on here can help you better.

  If you’re looking for a pearlescent effect, you need to look for mica (also on the ingrediënt list as ‘mica’), but I think you already know that if you formulate eye shadows…
