    Try to soak carbomer for 15-20 mins. in water and then stir slowly. It may be helpful.

    Which carbomer are you going to use, the ones with short flow will have persistent air bubbles but as @ashish pointed out try to mix very slowly although I am not sure if slow mixing wouldn’t be a disadvantage??

    U r using traditional version, please try Ultrez series of carbomer from Lubrizol.

    @angelz That’s the cheapest carbomer you are using and if you want to upgrade then Ultrez is not  cheap option (IIRC 4-6 times costlier).

    Then why don’t u use carbomer ready made dispersion which are Acrylate copolymer, they are easy to mix even with less air entrapment & moreover cheap also.
