Where can I get a simple filling machine?
Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get a simple desk top filling machine? We have lotions and gels to fill into tubes, and we have been using syringes which is really time consuming (and painful!) and was hoping there is some equipment that we purchase to help with this process. We are located in HK, there isn’t much space so it can’t be too big.Thanks for your help!grace -

There are a few ways that you can do this on a low budget.
For higher viscosity products, you can fill the product into caulk dispensing tubes, and then use a powered caulk gun to fill your containers. We are looking to purchase another bottle filler. We currently use the Enolmatic volumetric filler. It works really good but the filters are pretty expensive. It’s much faster and works better than the old gravity filler we use to have (which was slow and we could never get a good seal during filling).

Also, any suggestions on complete filler lines (filling, corking, shrink, labling) you use or have used? Are they worth the cost? Are they accurate and reliable?
