Karen has 18+ years of broad cross-functional experience in multinational environments at L’ORÉAL (Paris), Burberry (London), Walgreens Boots Alliance (Nottingham), Intercos and latterly, Dolce & Gabbana in Milan.
With a PhD in Inorganic Coordination Chemistry inc. 15 publications in international journals and formerly, a Chartered Chemist with the Royal Society of Chemistry in London (UK), Karen has built on this foundation via her experience within the BIG names in the Cosmetic industry.
She has created, designed and conducted several training courses and equally, managed Global Cosmetic Brands Clients from a technical point of view using her knowledge to solve business issues more effectively.
