Many companies add clay to pomade. You just need to add it after you mix the water and oil phase together. If you add too much it will be dry. Adding just enough will give you low shine and a bit of texture/volume. This is my formula. Water Phase…

I use regular beeswax for my pomades and they come out fine. It's all entirely up to you. Just mix away. It's not like you will make the lab explode.

this is an oil based beard oil. no water. It includes olive squalane, argan oil, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil and BTMS-50. I added all of the ingredients into a small glass Pyrex cup and melted. It got up to about 180 degrees. No bits or anything.…
