@Abdullah the general idea is what @ketchito said about your system is not too sensitive to salt but what I suggest is to add some CAPB and CDEA then delating glucoside. 5% of slat is too much I suggest to start with 0.5% with path 0.1%.
Always together brother😊 @Abdullah actually they are more then thickener both are used as anti-redeposition agents and they have more then that function in detergent.
@GeorgeBenson I guess it is low quality product soo far from conventional leve…
Thanks a lot @Abdullah @Paprik @EVchem for your precious comments wich helped me to have better product by using ceteareth 25 and delating BTMS.
@Abdullah i'am using acrypol 996 as carbomer and I guess it has some tolerance with BTMS in low level…
@Abdullah my colleague taked it from professional site, I guess it is not exactly the formulation.
It was BTMS 25
No I did not make version without GMS and carbomer
My plan is to change BTMS with ceteareth 25 I guess it will solve stability…
@Paprik actually I know about hlb o/w, w/o emulsion even I know that anionic aren't compatible with anionic just forgot that neutralised CARBOMER is anionic, however I don't know scientific information that says kaolin will not be stable with w/o as…
@Paprik nice explanation however when I used only GMS with CARBOMER I have the same problem.(supposed their is no stability issue for no ionic with anionic not?)
@Perry what details you need to give better advice?
@Abdullah I fill the product both …
@Abdullah mild is more general than less drying so I guess it is impossible to make free tear shampoo with only CAPB and SLES. About MPG it is for dissolving easier and faster xanthan gum then it is for reducing drying effect.
@Paprik I supposed that MPG is know 😁 and yes it is monopropylen glycol then is it compatible using pq7 in presence of xanthan gum?
@Abdullah Sure we have SLES however I will not use it for baby's shampoo. (accessible "mild" T. A)
@Abdullah @Paprik because listed ingredients are accessible however others not sure however what in put you can suggest for baby's shampoo for the level
Coco glucoside 4%
Xanthan gum 0,5%
I will t…
Update using : water, CAPB, cocoglucoside, CDEA, PQ 10 I could reach acceptable viscosity but still lower then ordinary shampoo. Just for drying purpose I added 5 % (glycerin/MPG) then it gives better conditioning effect for hair and no drying effec…
