    Hi, I am trying to implement a citrus extract, composing of polyphenolic compounds ( stabilized with vitamin c and suger) in a handgel / lotion. problem is the viscosity loss.   the thickener is guar based. the preservatie is phenoxy ethanol based( other preservatives accelerate discoloration to brown), no surfactans . any suggestion ? how can I do a quick test for a cosmetic ( like1-2 weeks) to assure the shelf life ( 2yeara, as a target).
