    Hello,
    Im working on a hair and body perfume formulation now. ı wrote whole formulation below. I couldn’t dissolve Sodium Hyaluronate 300 and 1000 version and some particles like gel were observed in the sample and I don’t find out why.
    thank you for your help…

    Alcohol (%50) : 89%

    Parfume : 5%

    Panthenol : 0,5%

    PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil : 0,5%

    PEG-12 Dimethicone : 0,5%

    Glycerin : 2%

    Mono Propylene Glycol : 1%

    TEQACTIVE HA or Sodium Hyaluronate 1000 or Sodium HA 300 (they are observed by order) : 0,5%

    A quick google search told me that Sodium Hyaluronate is practically insoluble in ethanol.

      thanks to your answer Paprik. I read that it can be dissolved with 50% alcohol (and yes, with a quick search 🙂 )

      I’m lookin’ for some suggestions about different type of HA (like MW) or HA structural properties which is I don’t know.

    Sodium Hyaluronate is only soluble in Water so if you want to add it to the formula you need to incorporate water. Dissolve the sodium hyaluronate in the water with gentle heating and mixing, then you can add that to the rest of the formula.
