    Please I just need your expertise meaning <div>

    A product with same raw materials and method but different proportion can it be called SAME FORMULATION

    FOR EXAMPLE

    MATERIALS. A B

    SLES. 10. 10

    INCRONAM30. . 10. 10

    CARBOMER. 1. 2

    GLYCERINE. 4. 4

    AQUA. 75. 74

    Please Can A and B be called the SAME FORMULATION

    Are you asking if it’s the same formulation from a regulatory standpoint? What country are you selling into?

    I would not call a formula with different ingredient levels the same, but if this is for a finished good/rework of a formulation you can measure certain attributes (viscosity, pH, stability,etc) and determine if the new formula would still meet your release criteria- hope that makes sense.

    I doubt it. If you have two different formulae on paper, you will need two different manufacturing documents then they would two different formulae. If the proportions of the materials are different it could even have the same INCI. They would still different formula.
