Ceteareth 25 : 25%
Water : 74.5%
Perfume : 0.4%
Perservative :0.1%If you have to choose one from these ingredients to add with same level 2% (mpg, peg_40,ipm,dimethicone,peg7 glyceryl cocoate, alkyl benzoate c12_15,citramonium chloride or other cationic ingredient ) what will you choose and the most important why?

These are all pretty different ingredients- what’s the purpose of adding any of these? Are you just trying to pad your LOI?
-
Well I guess mpg is monopropylene glycol? That’s what I’d go with, I don’t think it will affect much

I think 25% Ceteareth 25 will make your hair dry by emulsifying any lipids that is there. Have you used this product?

My answer is: none of the above. Add glycerin/butylene glycol at 1:1 ratio up to 10.00% total addition, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor oil or PEG-25 Castor Oil up to 8.00% addition. You may then be able to add some lipids to this formula. Ignore all the rest.

Can you please explain to me the reason of using each one glycerin, butyl glycol, peg40 ?

@chemicalmatt thanks for the input butylene glycol/glycerin and the most important what will add this for product?
Actually I guess especially dimethicone or other silicone can be beneficial for many reasons for such product but even other proposed ingredients are chosen for reasons . Finally fine to hear from an expert new vision???? -
Have any one use hair styling product with cationic ingredient? I’m interested to know if cationic ingredient in such product have remarkable effect or it is more for commercial reason.
