    I often see emollient blends suggesting they’re the perfect replacement for petroleum jelly. Others say they perform better than mineral oil at x, y and z.

    What do you wish you/formulators could use that’s now replaced by “newer” (natural?) ingredients?

    How about…

    • glyceryl stearate’s favorite cousin, PEG-100?
    • speaking of Peg, I think I saw PEG 10/1 around here
    • oh and talc, always showing up to barbecue and paying me dust…

    Parabens and formaldehyde donors of course.
