  What equipment should be used to mix surface treated mica and pigments in a loose powder?

  I’m pretty new in color cosmetic. 
  I’ve made a loose powder blush with surface treated mica and pigments. It has small lumps from the Mica. What equipment can I use to make it nice and smooth?

  You can use a magic bullet to blend it.
