  Weird sediment in my toner!

  Here’s my formula, sorry for the shotty method notes. Next day there’s white sediment at the top. My thought is there might be too much P20, but the fragrance oil won’t solubilize with it.

  @AnnaUnce Alpha Arbutin is not greatly water soluble. That would be my guess, especially since it’s floating not sinking.
