  Surfactant foam stability in very oily hair

  Which surfactants has the highest foaming and foam stability in presence of high sebum of oily hair? Or how to stabilize the foam for oily hair?

  In my experience APG is the worst

  @Abdullah Sarcosinates foam very well even in the presence of oil. Amine oxides work synergistically with anionics to fight sebum more thoroughly.
