  Smudge proof Kajal Eyeliner

  I am making Kajal Eyeliner using Carbon Black, Wax, Castor Oil, Lanoline etc. But is not Smudge Proof. What should I add in my formulation to make it smudge proof.

  Polymeric film formers are ideal for this.
