  silicones for curly hair conditioner

  Hi, I am making conditioners for curly hair and will be using Behentrimonium chloride. I want to include silicone in my formulation. There are many choices what is your recommendation ?
   Cyclomethicone, Dimethicone, Amodimethicone trideceth-12 cetrimonium chloride mix, or a combination of 2 or all 3. What is the difference?

  Amodimethicone trideceth-12 cetrimonium chloride mix, its cationic synergistic with behentrimonium chloride
