  seeking chemist for a natural laundry powder

  I have a formula with a blend of Washing, Baking Soda, and Coconut soap to make a laundry powder (unscented). I would need some help at two levels:
  - check the formula and recommend any missing ingredients?
  - some guidance to make some claims: like hypoallergenic for example. 

  Independent and freelance are welcome, if you have experienced in laundry powder formulation.
