Hi there, so excited to be part of this community!
I am trying to make an organic low viscosity sprayable emulsion with sucrose stearate. The formula I’m practicing calls for xantham gum 0.3% and sclerotium gum 0.2%. I know Sclerotium is great for stabilizing low viscosity emulsions. I don’t have Sclerotium gum, I have xantham and solagum AX. What is a good substitute for Sclerotium?
    Thank you!
