  Reduce the foam

  how could I Reduce the foam that causes from SLES ?
  another way than control the speed of mixture

  Anti foam silicone emulsions,  glycols, soap like potassium cocoate,  etc.  Depends what’s the product here and how much foam reduction you are targeting.

  Sounds like you are trying to control foam in -process and if so add SLES sub-surface with very slow/minimal  agitation.
