  What percentage of oil phase (maximum and minimum) can polyglyceryl 4 Laurate emulsify?

  I always start at emulsifier being 20% of oil phase. So if your oil phase is 15% of the total formula, start with 3% emulsifier and increase if requires more, most of the time 20% is optimum atleast in my experience
