  • Oily body scrub: preservative needed?

Hello! I´m formulating an oily body scrub for a client that wants an all-natural product, but I´m afraid of a Preservative efficacy failure on my formulation. Do you think this formula deserves a preservative although it is anhydrous? Which natural one would you suggest to be used if necessary? Thanks a lot for your advice!
    The formula is:
    oils (macadamia+grape seed+ sunflower) — 45%
coconut (virgin or refine, not sure) — 11%

    Butyrospermum
    Parkii (Shea) Butter — 12%

    Cetearyl
    Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate (olivem 100) - 11%

    Sodium
    cocoyl isethionate (SCI) — 2%
    coconut shell powder (part.size 1mm) — 16%
    pineapple extract powder — 2%
    Vitamin E — 0,5%
    sandalwood essential oil -0,5%

It really depends on the packaging in this case. It might be ok in a tube, but if it’s going to be packaged in a jar and scooped out with wet fingers not adding preservatives is asking for a trouble.

Thanks ngarayeva001 for your answer, it’s going to be packaged in a jar, so would you suggest anyone (natural) for this formulation?
