What aspects of “wrong” are you trying to ask about?

Well, it depends on the pH requirements since it will impact the following:

        carbomer

        urea

        Glycolic Acid

        Salicylic Acid

        Vit b3

        vit b5

        Lactic Acid

        Zinc oxide

Not since the time of Daniel and Nebuchadnezzar has this level of insight been available. You are asking us to guess:

    The product

    The process

    the pH

    the inclusions rates

    etc…

Sorry I am not that good….and not sure others are either. 😉

Based on the ingredients listed and the amount of information we have, I’d say the issue is a lack of water.

Yeah, you’ll need to be more specific with your question.
