  Microemulsion Book

  I’m looking for a good book on making microemulsions for cosmetics. I’m trying to microemulsify 5 grams of safflower oil in 50 grams of deionized water.

  I’d really appreciate any recommendations for specific liquid emulsifiers that can create microemulsions without building viscosity. If you know of any, please let me know.

  If you don’t have specific emulsifier suggestions, I’d also be grateful for a book recommendation that explains how to make microemulsions so I can figure out the best emulsifiers and process myself.
