I have some problems with my lip gloss formula.

    Hydrogenated Polyisobutene ~50%

    Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate ~20%

    DIISOSTEARYL MALATE ~10%

    Octyldodecanol ~15%

    SILICA DIMETHYL SILYLATE ~3%

    Some pigments

And silicone wax like c30-45 alkyldimethylsilyl polypropylsilsesquioxane.

And we get a colorless liquid after 3 days at room temperature.

Is there a problem with the incompatibility of silicone wax and other components?

Affirmative. Not compatible with most of those listed. Try Plan B.

You have a lot of emollients in this formulation and too little structuring agents. Since you’re not using Versagel for structuring, maybe try using Nomcort SG from Ikeda at 2% to start to get the structure of it. Use Silica Dimethyl Silylate at 5% to strengthen the oils and stop them from separating at all. Try to work with dispersions of pigments as well, that will be easier to disperse it. Try it and let me know how it goes.
