Kids Hair Gel Neutralizer?
Hello,
I am tasked with a kids hair gel and need some help. I have tons of experience making gels with carbomer but not with any gums. I would like suggestions if you think there is a “safer” neutralizer than triethanolamine. I am also wondering if there are any better gum options i should try than carbomer since they are asking for gums and or to keep the line as non toxic as possible. ????
