ISO low MOQ contract manufacturing + filling

Hi, I am looking for a lab that can manufacture and fill a facial moisturizer using my own formula, raw materials, packaging and labels. Looking for MOQ of 500 - 600.

Additionally, looking for someone part-time or hourly who could follow some simple formulas to produce and fill facial oils, serums, and toners (maybe a couple of balms and butters) at our facility in Portland OR.

Not sure we could help - We’re located in Texas, so if you’re supplying the raw materials you’d have to ship them here - but what size batch does this come to in kilograms?

Thank you so much for your offer. We are talking 30kg batches of facial moisturizer (emulsion), packed in 60 ml pump bottles.

Anca, I am afraid that is smaller than we ordinarily handle. Do let us know if your need increases.
