    i saw this today and as my English is not very good i want to make sure i understand this correctly.

    is this 10ppm free formaldehyde in products a new suggestion or new limit?

    Not aware it’s advanced beyond SCCS reco.  Unfortunate that they considered only one side of the risk assessment.

    @PhilGeis does this law show at 10ppm we should warn that this product has formaldehyde or it says we should not use more than 10ppm?
    I couldn’t get the idea

    Think it’s only a recommendation at this time.  I understand, if implemented, it would require for formaldenyde releasers labeling - contains formaldehyde.

    Think thye’ve recommended formaldehyde as an ingredient be placed on prohibited list.

    That’s just my iunderstanding/
