  In market Hydroquinone is avaibile in tqo garde.

  Photo electric - Technical grade (Japan make).

  USP grade.

  In pharmaceutical what grade should  I Use?

  In testing-Photo electric grade passes in the lab.

  But use of Photo electric grade legal ?

  The price is  double.
