  How to make a permanent wig human hair ionic bond haircoat?

  5% dextrin (or maybe dextrin ethylpalmate? )
  0.1% centronium chloride
  2% lanorin
  10-15% modified aminosiloxane
  10-14% polydimethyl siloxane
  10% polyquat-10
  5% glycerin
  45% aqua

  4% other
