How to dissolve guar gum fish eyes
Is there a way to salvage my cream? I discovered fish eyes which I am normally very good about avoiding. I’m tired and don’t want to throw out a perfectly good batch of cream.

Heat it, mix it with high shear mixer and cool it.

Could it eventually dissolve? I don’t think I heated enough.

Guar gum doesn’t need heat but it needs high shear to dissolve

@ProfessorHerb If you were in plant, an in-line high-shear mixer would help you with that, but if you don’t have that equipment (and on the contrary have only a helical turbine mixer), then I’d recommend to just filter ussing a small mesh gauge at the end of your hose (if mostof your guar was properly incorporated and you have only some fish eyes).
