How to determine right emulsifier of cream
Hi everyone, i need your help. How to determine the right combination of W/O emulsifier to make a stable cream that doesnt break or phase separation.
I give an example: Combination of Sorbitan sesquioleate (HLB 3.7) & Polyglyceril 3 diisostearate (HLB 4.5). Is this right?
