  As a general, what percentage of Chlorphenesin +0.5% phenoxyethanol+ 0.2% EDTA would have the same anti fungal efficiency as 0.2% methylparaben+0.5% phenoxyethanol +0.2% EDTA in emulsion or solutions?

  pH would be ~4.8
