Hi @Miassa It would be helpful to include the INCI names for your ingredients, such as Plantapon, Lamesoft OD, Dehyton ab.

Yes, as Anca said…those brand names don’t mean much to most people.  As an example, you said…. Geogard…which is an umbrella name for a line of preservatives.  It could be any of 6…we haven’t a clue. :)

You said…. Citric acid…but then did not give the important information….of the pH you dropped it to.

@Miassa your pH seems good,  the active surfactant level seems low but may be can work just try it and see if it is effective unless increase the level of your surfactant.
     Almond oil have no sense.
Just curious about the viscosity of your product?

It’s not soo thick , it’s liquid , what should i do to increase the viscosity please ?

Should i add more Nacl or should i use

    PEG/PPG-120/10 Trimethylolpropane Trioleate (and) Laureth-2

    To increase the viscosity ??

@Miassa I suggest (glycerin /xanthan gum)  it will be benifical for your system. For active surfactant there is no precise value just as I said try it. If it is effective unless increase the level of your active surfactant.

In my country we don’t have a good quality of xanthan gum , it doesn’t give a clear smooth gel

@Miassa yes waiting your up date just tow other suggestions may using low level of xanthan gum as example 0,2% will not effect a lot transparency the other suggestion may it seems strange but it can work using neutralised carbomer (I know it is not electrolyte resistant) but I have some success with it in high electrolyte product.

@Miassa Intimate formulas usually have a bit lower pH and the inclusion of an antibacterial (or a bit high amount of lactic acid), to control microbial growth in that area. Also, you produce more sebum especially in your face, so it makes more sense to have two products instead of one: one for face and hands, and the other for intimate areas.

@ketchito thank you for the informations i will fixe it .

Have you any idea how to thicken the formula with Nacl  or

    PEG/PPG-120/10 Trimethylolpropane Trioleate (and) Laureth-2

@Miassa I can see the influence of xanthan gum in your product’s transparency however is it important to have transparent shampoo? There are a lot of opaque  industriel shampoo and I guess viscosity is more important.
I google for PEG/PPG-120/10 Trimethylolpropane Trioleate (and) Laureth-2, yes it is used as thickener and I found that many peg are used for the same function.
Fast up date from you keep working ????.
