Hi, i’m having a hard time coming up with a formula with similar texture as the Gatsby moving rubber as the benchmark (has rubber-like texture, bouncy but easy to scoop). Matte appearance with no shine and not oily.
Here are the ingredients: Water, propylene glycol, carbomer, Hydrogenated polyisobutane, cyclopentasiloxane, white mineral oil, isostearyl hydroxystearate, candelilla wax, beeswax, microcrystalline wax, carnauba wax, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, talcum, paraffin, petrolatum, phenoxyethanol and chlorphenesin (not in order of use level). Any help will be appreciated :)
