    Dear friends I need help for floor cleaner concentrate formulation plz help me for making.

    500 gm light liquid paraffin oil
    100 gm pine oil
    250 gm nonly phenol 4.5 mole.
     
    But I’m not getting stable concentrate it will get separated.

    @Ektaj, I am only going to say, your idea looks like something from the 1920s. Modern floor cleaning formulations are available that work great and use a very small % of ingredients.

    @Belassi I’m up for learning about these modern formulations I’ve seen you mention a few times. Care to point me in the right direction?

    All right. Here you are:

    Antibacterial cleaner for bath and kitchen (Univar, formula UHh-046)

    Demineralised water 95.3%
    Purac Sanilac 80 2.2%
    Stepanol WA-Extra HP 1.7% (SLS)
    Glucopon 420 UP 0.5%
    RM16147 ‘Mr Clean’ Liquid Muscle 0.3% (fragrance)

    Final pH: 4

    Here is a degreaser which is amazingly efficient. Formula UHh-048 (Univar)

    Water 65.6%
    Sodium metasilicate pentahydrate 12%
    Tomamine AO-14-2  6.5%
    Tomadol 900  7.5%
    Tomamine amphoteric 400  4%
    Steposol Citri MET 4%
    RM16147 Mr Clean Liquid Muscle 0.4% (fragrance)

    pH: 14
