Effect of high pH on cationic surfactant deposition at different stages?
“Cationic surfactants from conditioner attach better to hair that has more negative chare from high pH.” Is this correct?
If yes then high pH at which stage?
1. When the hair was washed with a high pH detergent
2. When conditioner itself has high pH
3. When we rinse the conditioner with water and that water has high pH -
