  Dissolving AOS powder in water

  I have purchased some sodium alpha olefin sulfonate %92 powder for the first time. When i mix it by simple agitation with RT water  after some time they separate as a thick layer on top of water.

  Can you tell me how to dissolve AOS powder in water?
