  Decrease in volume by 10 %

  Hi all

  I am facing a problem in hand wash.  After completion of manufaturing process my hand wash is decreasing by 10% of the total volume.. 

  Please give your valuable suggestions

  Probably  entrapped air

  Are you pulling a vacuum after Batching to remove air?

  Volume is one thing, weight is another.

  Sir,  weight is also decreasing by 8 to 10 % of the total product.

  If weight is decreasing you have a serious case of evaporation or the employees are taking the “employees must wash hands” to the stars.
