Crystallization of Nicnamide (Vitamin B3) serum
I have made niacinamide serum 10% after letting it stay open crystallization occurs on the walls of the beaker i am sharing the pictures the formulation is as under
B3=10%
Ethoxydiglycol= 10%
Glycerine 0.5%
propylene glycol 5%
Preservatvie= 0.5%
Hylauronate 0.1%
Can u guide how to eliminate crystallization

Actually niacinamide mixcible with water so there is no reason to not dissolve.

What’s the pH of your system?

The pH is 6.2

Same needles also form with alpha arbutin serum 2% + hyaluronic acid. kindly suggest solution.

Could you make a test removing ethoxydiglycol?
