    Please critique and suggest me to make my moisturizer noncomedogenic and hydrating and make it light weight.

    Distilled water:

    Sodium Benzoate 0.5

    Disodium EDTA: 0.3g

    Niacinamide: …..g

    Ceramide complex ….. g

    B

    Caprylic/​Capric Triglyceride 7g

    PG: 5g

    GMS 1.5

    PEG-100 Stearate 2 grams

    Cetearyl Alcohol 2 grams

    Ceteareth-20 1 gram

    White soft paraffin 2 grams

    Dimethazone 1 grams

    C12-15 alky benzoate 3 grams

    C

    Vegetable glycerin: 3g

    Xanthan Gum: 0.2

    Propyl paraben: 0.2g

    methylene paraben: 0.2g

    @BeautyScience Critique? No comedogenicity seen, hydration adequate as is. Now about that preservation….no acidulant cited for activating the sodium benzoate, but use of parabens greatly admired. Also must note your order of addition appears to be, shall I say, odd.

        I think they’re referring to adding the xanthan gum slurry (assuming you’re mixing it with the glycerin) after your emulsion has been made.

        Also, did you mean dimethicone? Or are you adding herbicide to your moisturizer?
