Preservatives

Please help me !

As we discuss before, the MIT/MIC will be banned in Europe for leave-on products (you can still use it but not for long). So I have to find something else. But, this new magic preservative has to be :
- without parabens
- without phenoxyethanol
- broad spectrum bacteria, yeast and mould
- not a formaldehyde releaser
- working pH 3 to 8
- not too expensive...

Does this preservative even exists ??
