Dermosoft® decalact deo MB .... Now available small pak.

For those amateurs like me, looking to make a deodorant product, Formulators sample shop has started offering this ingredient.

Use rate is very low.

A great way to increase the performance of an existing formula.

Thanks for the 411 @Graillotion. I will posit however that the triethyl citrate is doing the deodorizing heavy lifting in that blend. Sage smells nice though.

TEC is only in there at a solvent level.... And with a use rate of .5%....you will never notice the TEC... I add 5% TEC on top of the decalact. :)

I'd not get carried away with the efficacy claim

I use it as part of a multi-tiered program.
  • I highly doubt it will work tho? have you tried it?? I have tried all 3 ingredients by themselves, the SLL made my deo soapy, TEC works well for some hours but I use it at 5% and sage could work too but at higher levels I guess
  • I have used it alone at the maximum recommended rate and it does not work. Triethyl citrate by itself works slightly better.
