I am working on the finishing touches of a hand cream. There is one aspect where it falls short. 30 min after application, the product has a little drag on the back of the hand, from the crosspolymers. It goes on fine, and since I am using primarily quick hitting oils and emollients, the main presences on the skin surface, after 30 minutes, seems to be the crosspolymers. I am only using them at 1%...so reduction is not really an option.
I would prefer something powdery and silky, 30 minutes after application. Is this where the silicas would finish a product like this perfectly? I need something that remains on the surface unobtrusively and dry.
Already using behenyl alcohol, Polymethylsilsesquioxane and many other 'powdery' ingredients.

First....I am hyper sensitive to stuff...I feel everything... This goes on great....in formula...and even neat....but after 30 minutes...seems to have something residual I associate with drag. Only occurred after this ingredient was added.
I did request a sample on ULP.
There is silica-coated silicone powder, can't remember the name, sorry.
