can Vitamin A Palmitate used in cosmetics cream/lotion/serun?
Vitamin A Palmitate (1.7) Liquid--can we use or advisable to use as retinol in cosmetics?
I believe it can. However you need to check regulatory limits.
If I remember correctly, in EU it's 0.05% for body products and 0.1% (or 0.3%) for hands, face and rinse off products.
Talking about Retinol, Retinyl Acetate abd Retinyl Palmitate.
I am checking regulatory norms. & stability of this product too.
I think this form comes in tween 80 base.

Yes, you can. If you are referring to the BASF product, it is in a base of Sunflower Seed Oil.
