How to reduce bubble effect in liquide soap ?!

Hi all, i want to know why when i make liquid soap using only SLES and CAPB  with high speed mixing i need three days to have liquid soap without bubbles however with same speed of mixing and using LABSA it needs Just one Day to have product without bubbles?
I want to know is there any solution to reduce time needed to have product without bubbles using SLES and CAPB ?
(i notice that covering tank or not has also effect in reducing bubbles)

    Presume the mixer is under the surface of ingredients. If on top or breaching u will have bubbles everywhere

    @Perry thanks for reply, i'am sure that slow down mixing will reduce bubble however process (mixing) will take longer time to have liquid soap also i hope understanding why LABSA need Just 1day with same mixing speed ?

    I'd guess it may be some kind of viscosity difference or related to the bubble stability of the particular system you are working with. I don't really think there is some simple answer.

    Slowing mixing may increase production time but if it reduces the amount of time it takes for the bubbles to go away, it would save time in the long run. You also might consider heating the batch up while making it. Warmer systems will deaerate faster than cooler ones.

    Thanks @Perry for your interesting opinion, warmer system is New idea for me to solve bubbles problemes, however for economical reason i will not go with it.

    @Perry actually i made liquid soap with the slowest speed in mixer, so i will tell you how your idea does with bubble problem (Just as instant observation the product with slowest speed mixing has more transperency then usual process just at the end of mixing.)

    @Perry actually as conclusion the lowest speed needs just more time in process without reducing time of bubbles,however may viscosity have real effect for bubbles stability because my lower viscosity products needs less time for having no bubbles product.

    Yes, viscosity can affect bubble retention.  Although that is only one factor.

    @Perry ; you have right and i guess that ingredients are most important factor for bubble retention.

    Just wondering, what's "lowest speed"?. 

    You will get better answers if you share more about your setup and process. Without more information all I can add is to thicken it at the end.

    Just flip from the bottom and use the homogenizer
