i have couple of boxes of np9 masks i got from working in a xdr tb ward some time back

depends how small the average particle size is
UK based formulation chemist. Strongest subjects: hair styling, hair bleaches, hair dyes (oxidative and non-oxidative) I know some stuff about: EU regulations, emulsions (O/W and W/O), toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoos, other toiletries

For partculates (including silica and surfactants) I use 3M Aura 9312A+
Dabbling Formulator — Qualified Cosmetic Safety Assessor — experienced in claim substantiation & EU regulatory affairs.
