  Color and Fragrance Quality

  Dear All, 

  How do i test the quality of color and fragrance i am going to use in my hand sanitizer liquid ? Is their any method to determine the purity of color and quality of fragrance ? 

  Poor quality color and fragrance makes my product Detoriate as time pass.
