  Botanicals in deep conditioner

  I’m planning to adding amla, licorice root, Jatamansi, etc to my conditioner.  I want to add at least .05% of each into formula.  Is .05% too much to add being it is a rinse off conditioner? Its function will be for regrowth

  0.05% is plenty. It won’t really make the hair regrow but that works for marketing purposes.
